The room looked badly worn, with scratches on the bed, a stained curtain, and cracked walls. Worse, it reeked of sewage. We asked the hotel administration to move us, but they said it was fully booked. The stench was so awful we couldn't sleep there, so we had to reserve another hotel for that night. Management seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than finding a solution. If you're going to Brno, try paying a bit more and avoid this place.

The contact person said the sewage smell might be coming from the building and that there was nothing he could do. It seemed obvious he already knew about the problem and hadn't acted. The room smelled so strongly of sewage that it wasn't fit for people to spend time in. We had to book another hotel for the night, and they won't refund our money. This place is a scam. Avoid it. The worst scammers in Brno.

There was only a ruin when we arrived. The place didn't exist. 2025.

I was surprised by the bad reviews. The place is really clean and cozy.

We had a beautiful private apartment with a view of Lužánky park, and the owner was incredibly friendly. We stayed about two months ago, and it made for a lovely night. I'd do it again. PS, I don't get the complaints about thin walls. I don't know what they're made of, but we couldn't hear the rest of the house.
