Really wild experience. The service was hostile all around. We weren't allowed in for food or drinks, then a female staff member yelled at us and ran us out of the restaurant without giving any reason or explanation.

Breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from, and the arrival-day dinner included in the price was a nice touch. It was served at a nearby pub with good Czech beer. The host was friendly, the price was very good, and the location was okay, though finding the hotel parking entrance took some effort. The place wasn't dirty, but it could use a refresh: the walls need painting, the carpet could be replaced, and the bathroom updated. For the low price, I wouldn't expect five-star quality. I'd recommend it for a night or two.

The bed was nice and breakfast was good, and the restaurant was great. The furniture and hallways are a little old. I also wish they'd provided soap or shower gel, not just one small packet.

The staff at Bila Ruse were really friendly and hospitable, and our room had been cleaned for our visit. Vańcovka, the large shopping center, is close to the hotel. This was my first time in Brno.

Breakfast was really good, though dinner wasn't anything special. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean, but they smelled.
