Bed and breakfast Placzek

Right in the city center for a reasonable price, with a delicious breakfast at the café in the same building. The pillows, though, were extremely soft.

The room is really nice, and the whole building has a special atmosphere. The streetfront café does a top-notch breakfast. It’s bed and breakfast, after all! I’d highly recommend staying here.

We were here for one night and really liked it! 😍 The location is amazing, and our big room was warm and cozy with good heating and a large shower. Breakfast was really tasty, the coffee was good, and the staff were friendly. There’s no elevator or hairdryer in the room, but that wasn’t a big deal.

I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back. The hotel is in central Brno, within walking distance of the railway station and tram and bus stops. There’s no nearby parking, so you need to use public parking or a parking house some distance away. That can be awkward with lots of luggage, especially since there’s no elevator and you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The café is lovely and also serves as reception and the breakfast room. The breakfast selection is fabulous, and the friendly, welcoming staff are professional and speak perfect English. My room was spacious, bright and very clean, with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee. The window looked out on a beautiful church. My TV only showed one random channel, and I couldn’t get the set or remote buttons to work. The staff could check the remote batteries regularly, though I didn’t mind much since I mainly wanted a good sleep. Checkout at 10 am felt a bit early; I would have liked more time in the morning.
