I haven’t had customer service this bad in a long time. When customers arrive, receptionists sit casually on bar stools at the desk or hide behind the reception looking at their phones. They don’t seem to care about customers’ needs or satisfaction, and make no effort at all. Management needs to hire and train a new crew that can provide good service if they want to turn things around.

I asked on Facebook messager whether the place was included in Multisport. They said the sauna and water activities were included, and when I asked the receptionist again in person, they confirmed it and explained the different saunas, pools, and opening hours. Then at checkout, reception asked me for 180 kc. I was told that was the activity fee, and that Multisport only discounted the original price down to 180. Why didn’t the person on Facebook or the receptionist mention a fee when I asked? This feels like hidden charges and a transparency problem. I won’t visit again or recommend the place.

Usually not too crowded, and the lemonades are nice. The Honey sauna is the best. It’s a great wellness place in Brno, though it could use a drinking fountain.

Classy all around, with a lovely relaxation area and saunas. The service was excellent and it’s great value, too. Highly recommend a visit!

If I could, I’d give it zero stars. I went for a massage and ended up with bruises covering half my back.
