The beds were terribly hard and uncomfortable. We booked one king-size bed but got two beds with a gap in the middle, and the pillows felt like they were from the Soviet Union. What we got was different from what we ordered in the photo. This calls itself a four-star hotel, but in my view it's worthy of three stars and should lose one.

I was in town for business for just one night. The room felt modern and was clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, and both check-in and check-out went quickly. I’d stay again on a future trip, even for longer.

We spent two nights at Hotel Vista, and the free entry to Bruno Family Park and VIDA! Science Centrum was a lovely extra for the family. The food was a real highlight, from the big breakfast spread to a delicious dinner. Our room had air conditioning, which was essential in summer. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the price felt like a great deal. We were so happy with the stay.

We were about thirty people traveling for a week through Wieliczka, Krakow, and Brno, and the beds at Vista were the only ones where we all really slept well. The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel was clean and well organized. Breakfast had loads of choice, with everything fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It was easily the best of the three hotels we stayed in, and I’m happy to recommend it.
