Restaurant & Design Hotel Noem Arch

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and reception is open 24 hours. There's also convenient private parking. My room was spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious, and had good air conditioning. It's a charming, cozy little hotel. I stayed one night and was very pleased.

The location was okay, about 3.6 km from the city center, roughly 25 minutes by bus or train. Breakfast had a slightly smaller selection than at other hotels we stayed at during our holiday. Still, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it. The facilities were great, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and friendly. We also really liked the bottled water in the room and the free toiletries, including cotton buds and pads.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel has a nice design, and the main staff were genuinely nice and helpful. But the manager's attitude was so bad it wiped out those positives for me. Restaurant customers seemed to come before hotel guests, leaving guests feeling like an afterthought. If you're traveling for business and need somewhere to rest and work, I'd consider another option.

The architecture is pleasing and the food is good, so it can be a nice place to eat, but the service can be terrible. I arrived at 10:15 AM and asked for scrambled eggs. They said breakfast ended at 10, so I asked for soup instead. The waitress told me they served no food between 10 and 11. Anyone can make scrambled eggs, especially a restaurant presenting itself as luxurious. And even though the restaurant was empty, we had to call out to get the waitress's attention.
