It’s finally open, and the restaurant has been reconstructed beautifully. It’s a good alternative to crowded Kolinska, with traditional dishes such as Blboun, Kyselo, and Goulash. There’s also an outdoor kiosk if you’re just passing by and don’t want to spend time on a full meal.

We stopped for a beer and dessert. The poppy seed dessert was sooo tasty, order it!

For a quiet, peaceful stay, Chata Krakonos is a great choice. The owner takes good care of you, the service is very good, and the prices aren’t high. The rooms and toilets were very clean.

Friendly place, with great beer and food. There’s calm, safe downhill skiing right next to the terrace ;)
