The staff were pleasant, but there wasn’t much else to like. The room was OK, though all the appliances were cheap Chinese stuff. Breakfast choices were limited, and the coffee barely tasted like coffee, let alone cappuccino. At 2,100 crowns, it’s nowhere near worth the price.

The bowling lanes are fine, just average. The restaurant attached to them is well below that, with instant coffee and a menu made up mostly of fried ready-made dishes. I suppose it might do for modest kids’ parties or other celebrations…

We spent two nights here. The tidy room had all the equipment we needed, and parking was plentiful. The receptionists were pleasant, and Tesco nearby was handy for late shopping. The town area felt a little shady, but we had no trouble. There’s no great view to expect, though it was enough as a place to rest after walking all day in Ceske Svycarsko. Breakfast was mediocre, but the coffee was good.

The room was big and the bed was good, but there was almost no service. We arrived at 21:15 hoping for a beer and a little food at the bar, supposedly open until 22:00. The receptionist just told us to try the nearby supermarket for something to eat and drink. Charming.

The outside can give the wrong impression; inside, the quality is pretty good. The place is spacious, in a very good location, and the staff were really nice. We had a pleasant stay.
