Apartmán u Vltavy

It’s rare to find a place in the city center with its own parking, and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The old town square is just a few minutes’ walk from the pension. I recommend it!

We liked the owner, who was kind and accommodating, and the price was very good for Český Krumlov. The rooms were clean, but they didn’t meet what we expected from the booking. We’d reserved a double bed and got two singles instead. There was no ceramic hob, crockery, cutlery, or kettle, despite what the listing said. We borrowed a kettle and dishes, but it still wasn’t what we’d ordered. The water was cold in the afternoon, and the cleaners were very loud. There weren’t any signs asking staff to leave the room undisturbed. Parking was included in the courtyard, which was almost always closed. Avoid ordering from Pizzavervis next door, it’s a tourist trap.

The room had a comfortable mattress, which mattered to me, and even the fridge and microwave had a cute retro look. It was clean and cozy, with stylish windows and several kinds of tea. The owner was polite and kind, and left a few washing machine capsules for us. There’s closed parking, and breakfast is available, though we didn’t try it. Such a cute hotel.

The old town of Cesky Krumlov is just a few minutes away on foot, and parking worked well for our VW campervan.
