There are plenty of highly rated restaurants within a five-minute walk, and all the main sights are ten minutes away or less. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated, and it was clean. We were on the first floor, though some rooms are reached by another flight of stairs. The road is quiet and runs beside a lovely river view. Just be ready for an uphill walk and stairs on the way into the city center.

The location was good, but dealing with the owner was incredibly poor. Strange spam emails came before we arrived, then check-in took a long time and felt inefficient. We were also charged 500kr per night for the dogs, a fee that wasn't shown anywhere in the booking process. The way things were handled afterward was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend it.

We found it pleasantly quiet both at night and during the day, which we really liked. The river is just a few meters away, and there's a supermarket nearby too. The shared kitchen was cozy and had everything we needed, including a big fridge. Staff were lovely, check-in was easy, and they gave us a voucher for the café next door, which we'd warmly recommend as well. The city center is close, and the castle is about a 15-minute walk.

The listing said the room had four beds, but it turned out to be just a sofa. Instead of breakfast for each person each day, we received one 100 Czech crowns voucher for four people to use over two days.
