They didn’t tell us before we ate that they only take cash. I only pay by card, so that was really frustrating. It was around 900kc for six drinks too, which felt extremely expensive. So bad, I don’t recommend it.

That lovely view is the only thing I’d pay for here. The food was ordinary at best and overpriced, and sitting outside adds 49 CZK per person. They don’t accept cards, and paying in euros worked out to about 20% above the actual exchange rate. Bring Czech crowns, though local ATMs charge around 200 CZK in fees. Menu prices may also be off, with another 10-20 CZK appearing on the bill. A classic tourist trap.

We paid 40€ for six drinks, and then found out that the toilet costs extra too. They also don’t take cards, but nobody told us until after we’d ordered and consumed everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The woman serving us was very kind, and the food was all homemade. I really recommend the garlic soup, which was VERY DELICIOUS, and the duck with knedlik. The dumpling was soft and juicy, and so was the duck; the red sauce was juicy too. I’d happily eat here again.
