The food really is very good, but the service was embarrassing. We were sitting outside when it wasn’t very busy, and after 10-15 minutes the dark-haired waitress looked at us, saw me wave, then walked away. When I went over to ask for menus in English, she acted as if she didn’t understand and apologized. Later, our red-haired server repeatedly whisked away our wine glasses without asking if we wanted more wine. The smartly dressed local group, with tattoos and smokers who looked like they might be in a band, seemed to get much better attention. We weren’t the only ones who noticed the sloppy, uncaring service.

It’s easy to park here, and the walk to the train for Prague center takes about 15 minutes. There’s a night entrance you can use at any time, and the hotel is baby friendly, though pets aren’t allowed. The rooms are clean and nice, some with an outdoor terrace and some without. The surroundings are beautiful, the breakfast is generous, and there’s a menu too. Really lovely place, with amazing food and a chef who knows his stuff and has a great personality.

We had a roomy, comfortable space with new furniture and decor, and the room service was excellent. It’s a cozy, quiet place to get away from the bustle. The restaurant is lovely for lunch or dinner, though the included breakfasts were repetitive and tasteless.

The conference catering was a real treat, especially the chocolate-cream-banana roll. Breakfast was good, though it could use more healthy choices like nuts, chia pudding, and soya milk for vegans, plus a better range of sweet pastries. We had a great business trip here. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the high-ceilinged conference room with its modern pictures was a favorite. The design throughout is beautiful, with custom furniture, tasteful details, and quality finishes. The manager and the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. I’ll definitely come again.
