After a long drive, all we wanted was a warm room and a hot shower, especially since it was already the end of November. Instead, the room was freezing and there was no hot water. We called right away to report it, and they said they were working on it but gave no more information. When we said this wasn't what we expected, the lady said it wasn't their fault and that we could cancel, so we did immediately. We also found the parking lot was in front of a small abandoned house. We'd booked through booking.com three weeks before our holiday. On arrival there was nobody there, and we had to call because we had neither a key nor the entry code they'd said would come by SMS. Communication was a bit difficult, though that wasn't our biggest issue. We'll never stay there again.

The room had everything needed, including a clean bathroom, and was nice for a one-night stay. The owners clearly put effort into looking after their guests. Breakfast was very nice, with something for every taste, and the staff were polite and really friendly. I can warmly recommend the hotel and will stay here again next time I'm in your nice city. My congratulations to the owners.

The beds were comfortable, the coffee was good, and breakfast was delicious. Service was friendly too. The refurbished rooms are very cozy and beautiful, with tasteful details that bring old and new together. I hope we'll come back for a longer stay soon.

It's excellent accommodation right in the center, with lots of restaurants nearby. Just make sure to pay in the local currency, or you'll pay more!
