A lovely, well-prepared breakfast was a nice extra. The rooms are absolutely perfect and well equipped, in a quiet part of Františkovy Lázně, about a 10-minute walk from the colonnade sites. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is a good option for a few days, and the landlord looked after it well. We hadn’t realized it was one large room with a bathroom. When we searched for a place, we were told there were sleeping spaces in both the living room and bedroom, so we expected the adults and children could sleep separately. It’s a fair walk to the town centre, restaurants, and bathhouse. The price reflects that.

A quiet location, a beautifully furnished room, and a lovely breakfast. The landlord was very friendly, and we felt right at home.

The rooms are on the small side, but they suited us perfectly. The service from both the lady and the gentleman was amazing. The bathroom was great too. We weren’t sure about the mat in the shower at first, then learned it’s there to stop someone slipping. A nice touch, and I’m mentioning it in case anyone else wonders about it too 🙃. This morning the lady brought us delicious cookies for breakfast 👌👍

There’s free parking right by the house and a spot to sit outside. The apartment is pleasant and cozy, with everything you need, in a quiet part of Františkovy Lázně. The owners are kind and breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend 🙂🍀.
