I can't comment on the rooms since we were there for dinner. The food was really good and the service was amazing. I ordered the "robber's skewer", a bit of everything cooked over a fire, with some delicious sides on the table. Afterwards, one of the chefs showed us around, explained the history of the place and even took us up in the tower. A really cool experience.

We were visiting from abroad, and the owner was a great host. After we ordered dinner, he gave us a full tour of the castle, explained its history and pointed out the authentic items around the place. The food was delicious too. This place was amazing, and I'd highly recommend it for a unique dinner or somewhere to stay!

It isn't working. Judging by other comments and the building's sadly dilapidated condition, including the doors, it hasn't been working since at least 2021 or 2022.

It's a nice place with very good food, set in a medieval-style castle with staff dressed as they would have been back then. The candlelight is nice, though a few more lights might help. Also, the kitchen filters don't work properly, so by the end of dinner your clothes smell like the Middle Ages...
