We really liked the place, and the huge two-meter bed could comfortably sleep three. The assistant was lovely and kept trying to help, and our room was clean, pleasant, and smelled fresh. The breakfast basket was the main letdown. Everything had to be unpacked onto a tiny 70x70 cm table, and making breakfast for three there was awkward. Afterwards, we had to wash everything in the bathroom sink. The basket contents weren’t great either. For this kind of hotel complex, I’d expect a dining room and buffet breakfast so everyone can choose what they want. It isn’t the cheapest accommodation, so breakfast could use some work. One other inconvenience: there’s only one room card, and it also controls the electricity. When my husband and son went to the pool, they took it, leaving me in a room without power. On day trips, that also means the fridge switches off, which isn’t good if you have food in it. I’d recommend booking directly on the website instead of through booking. You can choose your room and it’s cheaper.

The apartments were noisy, and the entrance door was so battered it looked like it had been through a fight. It didn’t seal properly, so we could hear every word from the hallway. With neighbors next door, it felt almost like living together. Inside, the wardrobe was falling apart and wouldn’t even open. At least the bed was beautifully lit, so thanks for that. The room looked baroque at first glance, but the booking description was misleading about the “Wellness apartments.” The services listed belong to the Frynburk hotel, and our two-night stay in the suite cost 4600, with none of those services included. Everything was charged separately. I won’t even get into how much it all cost. Thanks for the “wonderful” stay. Next time I’d rather book a hotel room. This is a parody of wellness spa apartments. People should stay somewhere else.
