The pin code system was a nice touch, so there are no room keys to keep track of. We loved the hotel: the breakfast was fresh and amazing, the rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. We definitely plan to return :)

Hacienda is a great place to stay, just a four-minute walk from the city center. The team were welcoming and friendly, and the place was managed really well. Our room was clean and nice, with a good mattress. Breakfast was good too.

We stayed for two nights, in a clean, well-equipped room on the first floor. It had towels, a kettle, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV, and dogs are welcome :) The room was warm, which was great after hours on the road or out in the snow. Even if your clothes get wet, they'll be dry again by the next day! The staff were friendly, spoke several languages, and were helpful and attentive to guests' comfort. Highly recommended. Thanks, and see you soon!
