Our autumn visit was great, so we came back in winter for a proper meal. It was amazing, better than many of the nearby restaurants, and the prices felt fair too. We’ll definitely return!

The food was acceptable, but the drinks were disappointing and the service made the whole visit poor. Another guest arrived while we were trying to order, and that delayed us. We’d already ordered drinks, yet one waiter with tattoos came to our table four times in ten minutes, asking where he was and whether we were ready to order.

I trusted the good reviews and ended up extremely disappointed. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the service felt rude, nervous, and very unprofessional. The sauce was fantastic, but the beef was poor quality and the Czech bread dumplings were dry. Even ordering tea seemed to be a problem for the waiter with tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food was top notch, and both the staff and atmosphere were friendly. I’d go back. They prefer cash, though, and hadn’t told us ahead of time. Luckily I gad cash, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

We’ll come back! It’s a fantastic restaurant near the main ski resort, with really tasty, generous portions and great prices. The team were great too, happy to help and give advice about the menu.
