I really enjoyed staying here, especially with the children, and the location right beside the ski slope was great. The surroundings are spartan, but that didn’t spoil the stay for us. The hotel is now closed because running it wasn’t economical. The building has passed its best days at its core, and demolition makes more sense than repairs.

The food was good, served buffet style, with plenty available and regular refills. The accommodation matched its price and description. I was amused to find the shower directly in the room, where I’d expected only a sink. The reception lady was very nice and pleasant. One waiter, though, could pay more attention to personal hygiene; he smelled bad right under guests’ noses at breakfast.

We’ve eaten here before because they cook well. What a shame it’s closed this season, as it’s due to be demolished in the summer and replaced with something else :-(

The restaurant is closed, the hotel isn’t being maintained, and parking is a penalty. It’s not what it used to be.

The price was quite fair, and the food was good. The soup was a little tasteless.
