Our room overlooked the lake, in a nice area. Breakfast was good and balanced, and I especially enjoyed the clean, pleasant spa, with its jacuzzi and several kinds of sauna.

We stayed here in May, my mom, my friend and I, and had the best time. We were visiting from the United States, and the whole team was fantastic, especially Gana at the front desk. Everyone was friendly and spoke great English, which helped me a lot. Gana and Sara were the best. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and the food was amazing. The waiters and waitresses were so kind. The wellness spa was the best I've ever experienced. I stayed at different hotels in 12 cities across three countries during a 12-day vacation, and this one was the best of them all. I'd highly recommend it and will stay again when I return soon. The receptionist was kind, smiling, and really helpful. Our room had a coffee machine with capsules, sugar, cream, and water. We were given ice cream when we arrived, and a bottle of water as we left. Many thanks from the bikers from Hungary.

We got good comfort, location, and price, and the receptionist was very helpful. At check-in she was friendly, smiling, and sorted everything out. She gave us ice cream vouchers and had helped us over the phone before arrival, arranging reserved parking and a room with a king or queen-size bed rather than separate beds, just as we asked. The room was about 20 square meters, fine for two people for a night or longer. It was clean and functional, with a wardrobe, table, coffee machine and capsules, TV, internet, plenty of towels, soap, and shower gels. I measured usable internet at about 13/11 Mb, enough for streaming or voice calls with low jitter. Our room had a single sink and a shower. The bed was an average level of comfort, with a good size and no issue with narrowness. Breakfast had what we wanted: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, a few cheeses, fresh baked goods, tasty fresh juice, cakes, and more. The receptionist also let us keep the car parked until 2 p.m. on departure day, a nice gesture, and we got bottled water at checkout. Our room didn't have a view, and there was no air conditioning.
