We had a one-room apartment for four nights for $265, and I’m surprised I’m the first to rate this great hotel on Google. The morning view was lovely, the price was great, and the place felt like a hidden gem. It’s just up the hill from the castle, though be ready for a serious climb. You’re in Prague, after all. There’s a full kitchen, plus a little market down the hill for groceries, so you don’t have to eat out every time or risk a tourist trap. To get the fridge going, turn the dial and push the button; setting five is coldest. Bring soap, since they leave just one bar. The beds were nice. It’s on a pretty quiet street with little foot traffic, even when Prague gets crowded on weekends. Street cleaners come by in the morning, but the noise didn’t bother us. We only heard the trucks from the bedroom when we were sitting by the window. The hotel also has a convenient restaurant, and you can see my reviews of it too. A few things to know: check-in is 2pm or later, with no early check-ins. Housekeeping isn’t daily, and you have to request fresh towels. The pillows are very small, so I wish I’d brought an extra.
