The food was delicious and there was a good variety, and the place was clean with suitable amenities. What I'll remember most is how accommodating the staff were. We had specific requests three or four times, and they wanted us to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. That level of hospitality was unexpected and made the experience special. We celebrated 15 years of marriage there, and I'll remember the stay fondly. The hospitality felt like an answer to our prayers. Thank you.

The rooms are quite small, though the views are very nice. Food was bland, with lots of pork and no vegetarian alternative, and even tap water costs extra. Service felt almost nonexistent, and I didn't feel very welcome as a foreigner. The waiters were grumpy and never smiled, yet still asked for tips. The spa is in a separate building, so you have to walk outside, and using the whirlpool costs extra. For the half-board price, there are better options, especially once all the add-on charges pile up. It's a typical Czech resort.

We enjoyed the getaway so much. Our lake-view room was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and well located. The reception area was beautiful and clean, and there was a sauna, pool, and restaurant. The staff were friendly and spoke German and a little English. I can't complain about the sauna or pool 👏🏻. I also had a half-hour massage, which was amazing, and the guy was friendly and professional. Dinner at the buffet was delicious, though it was only served until 20:00.

The lake view from the location is great, but the stay was disappointing. The food wasn't very good, and the swimming pool was the biggest letdown. It looks just like the pictures, but the water is cold. The shower water in the sauna and in our room's bathroom was often cold too, and took a while to heat up.
