The space itself was a big disappointment because of how the staff treated us. We came to the salt cave with children, which is advertised as child-friendly. At the entrance there's a seating area where visitors can have coffee, and we sat there with the kids after going through the cave. It seemed clearly meant for people to use. Beside it is a massage room door marked “by appointment only,” so there's no way to tell whether a massage is in progress. After a while, a massage therapist came running over and accused us rudely and vulgarly of being noisy. We weren't making noise, just talking normally with the children. If the premises need absolute silence, that activity shouldn't be right beside the public seating area, especially in a place aimed at families. The staff behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. MASSAGES BY LUDMILA!! A disaster of behavior! Doing that in front of small children, then slamming the door so she couldn't be confronted.
