The rooms were poorly serviced during our five-day stay. We hung the cleaning card on the door on day three, but when we returned, all they'd done was replace towels and take out the trash. The sheets weren't changed, there was no vacuuming or proper bathroom cleaning, and the mirror still had water marks. The shower hadn't been cleaned properly either. It felt careless. There was no hairdryer or toiletries, despite the booking listing them, and not even a kettle for hot water. Breakfast was the same limited selection every day for all five days, with no variety or value for money. The reception is outside the main building, so you have to walk around with your luggage to check in, which made things feel disorganized from the start. There are no facilities at all, no pool or gym, just nothing. You pay hotel prices and get less than a budget hostel. The service is poor and cleanliness unacceptable. This place is overpriced and underdelivers on every level. Honestly, it's complete bullshit. I don't recommend it. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The aquazentrum was very clean and modern, and the restaurant "v vodopady" was nice too. The staff tried to be friendly :) But my bed linen was dirty, and there was no air conditioning. If you open the window, wasps come straight in. Bring shower gel and shampoo, as none are provided.

We were a family of four and had plenty of room. The hotel was clean, well kept, and comfortable, with a spacious room. The spa across the street costs extra, and I didn't think it was worth the price. Breakfast was poor, with only apples for fruit, and when I asked for more fruit they said no. Dinner was worse, so we went out to eat. There weren't good places to eat nearby, and Karlovy Vary is a better option. The staff weren't friendly and got mixed up over check-in and check-out. The cost didn't feel worthwhile.

The hotel fell short of what we expected. There isn't a pool or fitness center on site. The pool and fitness center shown in the pictures are public facilities, and you have to pay to use them. Parking on the street also costs extra.

The location is pleasant, the view is good, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast had little choice. Nobody speaks English, only German.
