We were left standing there when we entered, with nobody from the staff acknowledging us. When we said hello, the waitress answered in an arrogant tone. Asked if there were any free tables, she said, “yes…yes we do” and gestured to one marked “reservation.” We pointed out that it had a reservation, and she just replied “yes..” in the same arrogant way. A little later she walked off, saying something like “so there is an agreement with you”. I really don't get why someone opens a hotel or restaurant and then seems surprised when people show up. I could put this more briefly, but maybe “cow” says enough.

It's a small hotel at a decent price, and the service is very nice. Just keep your expectations in check, since there's no luxury here. The accommodation is affordable and fits the price.
