The breakfast was terrible.

The rooms are okay for one night, but I wouldn't expect much beyond that. Mine was a little dirty, and the walls are so thin that you hear every word from the neighbors. Breakfast is passable, though the selection is limited. Also, the Chinese restaurant has been closed for ages but is still shown as open.

The room was perfectly adequate, and the bathroom and shower were clean and up to a good standard. Parking is behind the building, or you can drive past the front. The entrance is easy to miss because the curb isn't lowered. Breakfast is served in the restaurant room, even though the restaurant itself is closed. Bring a light jacket ;-)

Once the smiling Vietnamese owner arrived and showed us the room, things felt much better, especially as other guests began arriving too. The guesthouse had seemed uninviting from outside, and nobody was there at first. Inside, the rooms were very clean and tidy, with good beds and mattresses. The excellent breakfast was another nice surprise, and you can tell the owner makes an effort. The slopes near Klínovce are easy to reach. Just be aware that the restaurant is not operating.
