We tried to leave by bus, but the owner parked her car in front of it and called the police. Before that, the staff accused us of breaking things that were already broken and asked us for a guarantee. The rooms were dirty, and the shower water was brownish yellow. The food was horrible, and the service was mean and wouldn’t talk. I do not recommend coming here.

The food was okay, but our room was terrible. We were gone for two hours, and when we came back there were bed bugs all over the room. We asked for help, but they said they couldn’t see a problem even though the bugs were everywhere. Unacceptable. The water was brown for two days, so we couldn’t shower. Disgusting.

The rooms were damp, the radiator was broken, and there was no Wi-Fi connection. The toilets weren’t clean and had no toilet paper. You can’t lock the showers, and people can even see through the door.
