There was a huge shared room with sofas, dining tables, and table hockey, and the people at the pension were cheerful and welcoming. Our four-person room was small but very clean, with new furniture, a comfortable double bed, and bunk beds. It was a good place to come back to, wash up, and relax. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and grooming items, and the large shower had enough hot water, unlike at some other pensions. Breakfast was okay, while the restaurant meal was excellent. I especially enjoyed the salads and desserts. They looked beautiful and tasted as good as they looked.

Tereza was working when I visited Arnika, and she was so friendly and really good at her job. My 5-star rating is for the staff. Compliments to the chef as well!

Lovely place with great views, but the staff weren’t very polite. You can’t pay by credit card at lunchtime.

In winter it gets extremely overcrowded, but summertime is superior. The cuisine is excellent and unmatched in the neighborhood.
