We arrived without a reservation and found the stylish place packed, so we waited at the bar for a bit before getting a table. Glad we stayed. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent. I’d recommend giving it a try.
The pizzas were freshly made and delicious, especially the calzone. They also made a gluten-free chicken meal for our child, and the pork with potato gratin was good. The beer on tap was fresh. Service was great, and they spoke English even though the menu is in Czech.
The service was nice, 9/10. The food, though, was really not worth it, 2/10.
We came to Jilemnice to look around and ended up finding Lavina restaurant. The food was 10/10, and I was surprised to get authentic Italian pizza in a Czech town. Customer service was spot on and the people were very friendly. A must-go restaurant. We’ll be back. Well done to the team.
After hiking in Rokytnice, we stopped here and had a great time. The food was really good, and we also enjoyed the Czech red wine. The waitresses were helpful and considerate, and spoke fluent English. Everything was well looked after. I’d happily visit again if I get the chance. Five stars from me, and props to the chef and waitresses. 👌👍
