The reception was hard to find at first, and we eventually located it in the adjacent non-stop. But the room was the deal breaker. Room 6 looked nothing like the photos: the furnishings were old, the walls dirty, and there was a strange smell. I turned around at the door and left, saying, “You must be kidding me.” I wouldn’t give the place even one star.

The pizza came with burnt, torn edges. And when you go to the bar for a beer, the waiter tells you to ask for one.

The chairs could really use cushions. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was good, and yesterday’s waiter was especially good.

The hotel and BAR feel below standard, more like a residential building than a hotel. We waited 30 minutes for the order, then got something different from what we’d asked for. The cook was working under the influence of alcohol.

Friendly service, pleasant accommodation, and a reasonable price.
