Sunday evening, and maybe the chef had already gone home. The food was terrible, making this the worst restaurant we ate at on our trip to Czechia.

The relaxed atmosphere is what made me settle on five stars instead of four. It's a quiet spot in Cesky Raj nature park, with locals stopping by the terrace to chat and have a drink with the owners. The owners are helpful and speak English well enough, including helping me find a rather cheap place in a Liberec shopping mall to get my dirty laundry done. My room was good, and the bed wasn't too hard. The mattresses could use a slight upgrade in a few years. Breakfast was decent and the menu is good. It's a handy base for hikes and cycling routes around the area. I really enjoyed the stay and felt relaxed.

Just a standard hotel, with nothing special to mention and nothing negative either.
