The food really is good, which is why we've been coming two or three times a week for over two years. But the service is the worst I've ever had. There's no smile, and they moan when you try to order. We made a large reservation and were split across four tables instead of being given one long table. When we asked if they could push the tables together, the staff got angry. They also start kicking you out before closing time, sometimes 30 minutes early, putting all the chairs up around your table and telling you to pay right away, even with other guests still sitting at their tables.

We were told the food could take up to an hour, and the wait was worth it. Everything was delicious, and the portions were much bigger than expected. We couldn't finish what we'd ordered, but they packed up the leftovers for us without any problem. There are vegetarian options on the menu, which is a big plus for us.

The place wasn't even half full, but it took an hour to prepare six dishes. Service was poor and unfriendly, and they mixed up the orders. We asked for our meat medium, but it came out bloody. When we pointed that out, everyone got even less friendly. Nobody apologized, and they brought back the same piece of meat. The taste was so-so. All in all, I wouldn't return. You can find better.

The food was quite good, and I loved the starter, cooked snails with butter and garlic. But we were excited to try the restaurant after hearing good things from friends, and the service was unfriendly and inattentive. It wasn't even half full when we arrived. It took 15 minutes to order after we got the menu, another 10 minutes for drinks, then over an hour for the starter. Looking at some of the older reviews, I realize some things never change. We were there with my husband last month.
