We got our deposit back promptly and in full, so the claims going around about that are fake news. It’s a great place for a fair price, and we appreciated the hospitality. There was some minor damage to the room’s artwork already, but we were blamed for it. We’ll be back soon!

Scam. We cleaned the rooms thoroughly and hadn’t damaged anything, but they kept our 2000 CZK deposit and then asked for even more money after our stay.

My family and I had a really stressful time here, so I’d avoid it completely. Booking.com helped us get a full refund and find another hotel in Karlovy Vary.

Please don’t book here. The host was awful. They start with a low price, then accuse you of breaking house rules and add extra fees. Attention, this is a scam!

The owner didn’t explain clearly what I was supposed to do, and I ended up paying $110 in vehicle fines. A very bad experience.
