The food needs work. If you're looking for a delicious meal, this isn't the place. I ate at local restaurants most evenings instead. This was my third stay at The Spa Hotel Ulrika, and it was a wonderful experience again. From arrival, the hospitality was warm and professional. The staff were exemplary and went out of their way to meet my needs promptly, treating me like family. Concierge, housekeeping, and spa staff were all attentive, courteous, and clearly committed to a great guest experience. Special thanks to Alla Mocova, Tomas Blaha, Anna Jarosova, and Paulina Havlikova for going above and beyond. I hope management recognizes them. My room was spotless, and the public areas, including the lobby, lounges, and dining areas, were just as clean and inviting. The treatments felt luxurious and high-class, and catered to every possible need. The whole spa conveyed sophistication and quality. The combination of service, cleanliness, and treatments made the stay feel perfect and unforgettable. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay. Thanks, The Spa Hotel Ulrika, for making my visit extraordinary. I look forward to returning next year!

The booking site wouldn’t let me cancel for free, but the hotel agreed to cancel the whole reservation without charging me. That was really generous and great service. I’ll definitely book there again once Covid is over. Thank you.

We had an unbelievable time here! The atmosphere was lovely, the hotel has been nicely renovated, and the staff were great. There’s plenty for health and relaxation too, including two pools, a sauna, a sports hall, massages, baths, acupuncture, a Krio-sauna, and other treatments.

The staff were very friendly and spoke several languages. The rooms are spacious, and the refurbishment is beautiful. The medical spa has modern equipment, and the pools are large and luxurious.
