We were four, and our meals came out with long gaps: one after two minutes, another ten minutes later, and the last one twenty minutes after that. The tuna salad barely had any tuna, and the pizzas were watery and tasteless. The pasta was the only decent dish. I wouldn't recommend it.

The apartment itself was lovely, clean and new, with beautiful beds and kitchen. The five of us had no complaints about it. What really put a damper on our Karlovy Vary visit was the concierge at the front desk. He spoke down to us and was rude throughout. As five young, well-dressed women, we were shocked that he assumed on arrival we were staying in much cheaper rooms because of our age. He wouldn't help us book spa treatments, dismissed us, and used a condescending tone. It's hard to leave a poor review when the apartment and place were so nice, but his behavior was awful.

There was no food provided, and payment was cash only, with no cards accepted. The bathroom was clean but tiny, and without a shower curtain water went all over the floor. The bathroom window had no curtain either.

The tuna salad had almost no tuna, the pizzas were bad, and service took far too long.

A double espresso costs 5.2 Euro. Come on, that could buy two at Starbucks.
