I visit this city at least once a year, and this was our first time staying at this hotel. I wanted somewhere with its own parking so the car could stay close. Parking costs 10e/day, but I'm very satisfied with the hotel and service. The location is beautiful and right in the center. Our room was large and very clean, the beds were great, and breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. I recommend it.

We only ate at the restaurant once and didn't stay at the hotel. Lunch was beyond our expectations: everything tasted delicious, with really rich flavors. We had ravioli, goose, gluten free spaghetti, and french fries. It's in a perfect location, with indoor and outdoor seating and a vintage style. One of our best experiences in Kadovy Vary. Highly recommended.

We had a very spacious, clean room with a balcony, and the hotel itself is attractive and impeccably clean. It's a lovely place at the foot of the Tepla River. There are a few parking spaces right in front, a real convenience in Karlovy Vary where parking can be scarce, so reserve one in advance. Breakfast was good and served in a beautiful space. I'd stay here again. This review is about the Embassy Hotel, not the restaurant.

The breakfast ladies were extraordinarily kind and helpful, and the spread was wonderful, including cookies and pastries I haven't seen outside of the Czech republic. The reception man was also very helpful and pleasant through email and all correspondence. It's a lovely hotel from the 90s, with beautiful furniture and fittings, and our bathroom was pink! The decor did feel a little 1990s, which is my only criticism. Do visit their masseuse, Marta, for at least an hour. She's heavenly.
