The rooms were spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the location was calm and not far from the centre. Still, I wouldn't return. Breakfast was very basic, with little choice, and some things like an omelette or capuchino cost extra. Only the receptionist spoke English, which made it hard to communicate with the spa staff. Our massage felt like soft touching and wasn't very good. There was a bathtub but no shower or curtain, so taking a shower without making a mess was difficult. We also couldn't store our luggage for two hours. The receptionist suggested leaving it in the main hall, which didn't feel secure.

We came for the first time and are already planning to return every year. The hotel is affordable and set by a picturesque park with hiking, while the busy central streets are only a few minutes away. Our spacious room was very clean, the food was tasty and plentiful, and the staff were professional, with treatments tailored to what we needed. A relaxing place to recharge.

We had a lovely weekend here, and the staff were the nicest I've ever encountered at a hotel. The place has the feel of a historic building, with large rooms and bathrooms, and our room had a beautiful view of the church and the other historic hotels. Everything was clean and worked properly. It's close to the city centre, yet very quiet. I definitely recommend it.

The rooms were big, everything was clean and in good shape, and the location was beautiful. The hotel is run by nice people. I'd return when visiting karlrovy vary. Thanks.

My husband and I stayed for three days. The hotel was spotless and nicely renovated, and the staff were professional and helpful. We had meals included, and the food was fine. Highly recommended!
