For the price, it was worth it, and the staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage and clothes, and the beds were comfortable too. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with some mould in the corners. The ventilation was extremely loud, enough that one person using the bathroom could wake another. Breakfast was poor, with little choice: just one kind each of vegetables, cheese, ham, and sausages. Eggs would have been nice. There's no parking at the hotel, but Thermal, 200 m away, has overnight parking for 10€.

I liked my stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was good, though it was a shame it didn't start until 8. The beds were quite hard but surprisingly comfortable. It's a modest hotel, with parking for only 2-3 cars, but there's a large underground car park nearby.

Our go-to place in Karlovy Vary during the film festival. It's always clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Good value for money, recommended.

The room was good for the price, and breakfast was decent. The bed was the one downside, so hard it felt like sleeping on concrete.

The cozy rooms and excellent service made this a good three-star hotel in Karlovy Vary. It's at the beginning of Sadova Street, close to the Garden Colonnade, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. A nice fit if you're simply coming to enjoy the Karlovy Vary water. For treatments and other procedures, I'd choose a hotel with facilities on site.
