The food was far better than we expected, and the medical staff were excellent, friendly, and well organized. We never had to wait long for our prescribed treatments. The rest of the staff were super friendly too, helping us with day-to-day questions, excursions, transport, and anything else we needed. A wonderful place to stay if you need medical treatments.

The location of hotel Pavlov is amazing, just a minute from all the great places in Karlo Vivary. But the hotel needs renovation. Down in the basement spa rooms, there were cracks in the walls, and some rooms smelled like mould.

The doctor was highly qualified and prescribed the procedure I needed, and the friendly specialists clearly explained each treatment as they gave it. I’m planning to return next year and stay at this cosy, home-like hotel again. The staff gave us such a warm welcome, and special thanks to the kitchen team for all the delicious variety of food. I really enjoyed my stay.

I can’t give zero stars, but calling this a four-star hotel feels off. Plenty of three-star places are just as good or better. I chose it for a special romantic weekend, filtering for the category and a double bed, not two separate beds. There isn’t room here to list everything. Our first dinner was ruined, and the two beds pushed together had wood that we could feel. The maid used our toilet to do her big stuff. Staff offered a romantic dinner with champagne as compensation, but they’d already cleared the desserts 15 minutes before half-board hours ended, even though the restaurant was closing 1 hour and 45 minutes later. We tried the sauna that afternoon, and it was only 43 Celsius degrees. Sevilla is hotter in summer. I’m writing this early on my last morning, hoping to get through breakfast and looking forward to leaving this rock-hard pillow I’m leaning on.
