Promenada

Our group of six, with two children, ate here every evening during our two-night stay. The table setup, service, presentation, and taste were all at a five-star level, and everyone enjoyed each dinner. We’ll definitely come back to dine here when we return to Karlovy Vary, and next time we plan to try the hotel side too.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, just right for unwinding after a long day on my business trip. The hotel’s central location was very convenient. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, with an à la carte selection of international dishes, including beef tartare, sea bass, rabbit, steaks, and pastas. I didn’t have time to try the spa or pool. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.

We spent eight days here, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with balconies, a terrace, and even a kitchen. There’s a great swimmingpool and sauna, and the central location puts everything just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly. I’d take off half a star for breakfast and coffee, which were always the same, and the coffee was undrinkable. Another half star off for the restaurant’s wine selection.

The staff member who waited for us until 1am deserves a special thank you. Our trains were delayed on arrival day, and we got there hours later than planned, long after reception had closed. Their staying up meant we didn’t have to find emergency accommodation elsewhere. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Promenáda in Karlovy Vary. The room was beautiful, air-conditioned, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners there, lovely spa treatments, and the beautiful swimming pool. The location is right in the centre of town. If we’re in the country again, we’ll most certainly return to Promenáda!
