It’s quiet in the evening even though you’re right in the city center, and everything is close by. The location is outstanding. The receptionists are very nice, especially the guy on the night shift. The one thing we didn’t like was the breakfast pastries, which were a bit dry and seemed older. I’d definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Hotel Ruze has become our only choice in Cesky Krumlov. We’ve had plenty of good visits to the city before, but this hotel went beyond what we expected. The location, rooms, food, pet friendliness, bilingual staff and service all deserve its 5-star rating. The management and staff could teach a class in guest service, even with Conrad Hilton as the person who wrote the book. We were so happy we found it.

The location was quite good, and there was parking space. The staff were professional and helpful, and breakfast was good. Our accommodation also included lunch from the bar, which was really good value for the price. Prices in general were reasonable.

It’s a nice spot by the water, and the food was okay, nothing bad but nothing special either. The waiters weren’t very nice and didn’t understand us. Even after we told them twice, they brought the wrong dish.

A great place for a vacation in Karlovy Vary, right in the center. The hospitality was great and the offer was the best we could find. Highly recommended.
