The hotel is a bit away from the centre, but the price is reasonable compared with other places, and a bus goes straight there in about 15 minutes. The hotel itself is well equipped, and breakfast is included in the final price. The food is very good for what you pay. One thing to know if you're not a Czech resident: they don't take credit cards, for some reason, so you may need cash. Restaurant purchases are put on your bill to pay when you leave. There's an ATM right by the door, but I found its fee high. I had to pay 393 CZK and was charged 185 CZK to withdraw cash. ◉‿◉ :-)

We had a really good stay and would come back. Even with the hotel fully booked, everything was well organized, the staff were friendly, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was tasty, and they kept refilling it when it ran out. There's parking available, and being a bit far from the centre wasn't an issue for us with a car. The only thing that bothered us was that the spa area wasn't very quiet. We can't wait to return, thank you!

The room was clean, spacious, and great, and the hotel felt luxurious. Dinner and breakfast buffets were really good. The coffee was thin, though, and so was the orange juice. We asked a staff member from Ucraine about getting a different coffee, and she was very service-minded and brought us a good one. We paid for it, but that kind of service really made a difference and is what we'll remember about the hotel. GREAT!

The hotel and room have been nicely renovated. Lunch at the restaurant was delicious and good value, but dinner seemed to be made up of whatever leftovers they had, and it didn't seem very fresh. Unfortunately, the staff serving the various procedures weren't very friendly.

We enjoyed every detail at Millenium, and I wish the owner all the best. The rooms, hospitality, food, and wellness were great, with fair prices and fair staff. It's outside Karlsbad's centre, in a typical Czech urban setting, but that wasn't a problem for us.
