The 24-hour front desk made arriving and leaving easy whenever it suited me. The hotel is right in the busy city center, and the service was excellent. I’d happily recommend it for a convenient stay.

I was a bit doubtful about staying here given the rating, but the hotel turned out to be nice. It’s old-fashioned, though clean and renovated, and the location is perfect. The staff were friendly. There was no hair dryer, but everything else was good.

The steak was prepared really well, and the hotel is close to the market square. Those are about the only positives. It hardly deserves to be called a hotel, maybe a guesthouse. The room was supposedly freshly renovated in 1999 😂, and some of the furnishings and equipment don’t work. The fridge in my room was broken, and there’s no air conditioning 🤷

I stopped by the restaurant around 3pm, after lunchtime, and they still had the full menu available. The service and attention were good. The best part was the Krušovice on tap. Recommended.
