It’s a nice setting, apart from the building’s creepy, shiny green color. The staff were friendly, though a few more smiles would be nice next time. The food was okay, but not 5-star quality. Maybe it was because we came at lunchtime in the low season, but the menu was very Czech-style and didn’t feel creative.

We spent 90 minutes bowling, and the overall experience was average. The bowling area is very small, and doesn’t really work for seven people using both lanes, which isn’t a big group. The bar was closed, so we had to go over to the hotel in the next building every time we wanted a drink. The staff were friendly.

This was our second year staying here. It’s a great hotel with friendly staff. I’m vegetarian, and the chef made me a tasty vegetarian dinner every evening. That’s quite rare in the Czech Republic.

I tried the restaurant, and it’s a very nice option in Korenov, with a focus mostly on local food.

It was expensive, and the food wasn’t good. The fries were literally crisps, and the schnitzel was still swimming in grease.
