The room wasn't huge, but it suited us, and there's a fan if it gets warm. You're right in the city center, and breakfast is available. Check-in and breakfast are at the other hotel, only a few seconds away from Hotel Garni, and it's easy enough to find. I'd recommend staying here.

My parents weren't happy with their stay: the street was noisy, the room small, the staff not very friendly, and breakfast was served in another building. I wouldn't recommend it. The payment was a problem too. I had to cancel my booking after another hotel on our trip cancelled on us, and they wouldn't waive the cancellation fee, so I rearranged the date for my parents instead. When they tried to pay, the man at reception said it was already taken care of. They had charged my card on the date of our original stay without telling me. That's not okay. You can't just take money from someone's credit card without letting them know.

The hotel is a little worn, but overall it was good value for money. The location is superb, and the staff are extremely friendly. There was good free parking in front. Breakfast was average, the 'corona breakfast'.

A lovely base for a short visit to breathtaking Kutna Hora. Just be ready to hear the church bells every 15 minutes.

The bathroom heater couldn't be switched off. There were too many stairs, and the bed was too big for the room.
