There's free parking, and the apartment itself is excellent: spacious, modern, clean, and with a comfortable bed. A shared kitchen has a stove and fridge, plus drinks and snacks for sale. Prices are very reasonable, much less than in town restaurants. The QR code didn't work for us as foreigners, so we had to pay the exact amount in cash, since the money jar doesn't give change. You get a personal code for the building and your room, which worked well, but you won't see staff around. There were staff members in the morning, though they didn't seem in the mood to talk.

We felt very comfortable during our four-day stay. The small apartment was modern, well kept, and had everything we needed. There's a large shared kitchen in the building as well. Lots of attractions are within walking distance, and it's also a handy starting point for exploring the surrounding area by car. The accommodation has its own parking spaces.

We had a pleasant overnight stay in a modern room that was warm even in December. It was quiet despite being on the ground floor, and getting in with the code was easy. The location is excellent, close to Kutná Hora's main church.

The apartments are lovely and well equipped, and close to the center. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, although the accommodation itself is self-service. We'd be happy to come back again.
