We were in town for a nearby wedding and paid nearly €200 for two nights. There was no breakfast, nobody cleaned the room, and we never saw anyone at reception. The room was noisy and beside the tracks, too. They also charged us €20 for late check-in, apparently because anything outside 2-4 pm counts as late, even though they hadn't sent check-in instructions. They don't speak English, so we had to use a translator. This felt like a complete rip-off. Avoid it.

There was no breakfast included in our almost €100 room, no one cleaned during our stay, and the rooms face the railway, so sleep was poor. We also rarely found anyone at reception, and the staff we did encounter couldn't speak English. The whole check-in was a mess: our flight was delayed, so we arrived around 7:50 pm, which they called late, but we hadn't received instructions in advance. After we called, they told us where to find a key. About 20 minutes later someone said we'd been given the wrong room and had to pack up and move, then charged us €20 for it. The receptionist said they'd called me at 5 pm on check-in day and treated the booking as canceled when my phone was unavailable during the flight. But the reservation was through Booking and my card had been charged. I've never had that happen before, and communication with them was really bad. Ridiculous. Save your money and good mood for another hotel.

We spent a week in this great apartment. It was very spacious and excellent value, and the staff were really friendly and spoke excellent English. Highly recommended.
