The hotel itself is average, though good value, and there's a good Arena complex behind it. The five stars are for the receptionist, Vieira (I think that's how you spell it). She was so helpful and friendly, and went out of her way to assist us with English, places to go, taxis, and everything else.

The room and bathroom were both spacious, and it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient too. A nice hotel, recommended.
