We were walking through the building with our backpacks and belongings, and there was no locker. The shower didn't work properly either, and the rooms felt more like a hospital than a spa. There were no decorations or pleasant atmosphere to help us relax. It was my worst experience at a wellness/spa center, and I feel really disappointed. I booked a body peel, Dead Sea salt bath and full body massage with my girlfriend for her birthday. I specifically asked when making the reservation if we could be together, and the lady assured me we would. But we weren't together at any point. We were in the same room but separated for the body peel and bath, then sent to different rooms for the massage. It felt like we'd come separately. The body peel and bath were okay, but the massage was terrible. My therapist repeated the same movements for 30 minutes and made strange noises with his mouth, so I never felt relaxed. After paying almost 5,000 kc, I honestly feel scammed.

The location was the only good part of our three-day, two-night stay. There were just two power sockets, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the carpet was worn. They say pets are welcome, but it felt like everyone expected us to understand that dogs were disliked. Nobody else said anything, only the staff.

What I liked most was the taste of the water from the fountains. There are also water features and both old and modern sculptures around the park, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Bring a blanket and some food and you can picnic on the lawn. It’s a great place for kids, especially in good weather, when they can run around or splash in the fountains.

The hotel doesn’t deserve four stars. Breakfast was very poor, with flies all over the food, and the service was just as bad. The doors close at 11, so we couldn’t leave or get back in.
