We got more than we expected and have no complaints. The owner was very helpful, and everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had a fridge, which came in handy even though we don’t usually cook. If you want to explore Liberec and the surrounding area, you’ll be very satisfied.

It was warm enough that we didn’t get cold in winter, and the place was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. There are plenty of shops nearby, plus a gas station almost across the street that stays open at night. The owner explained everything really well, and the equipment was top-notch. I only stayed a short time, which was a shame because it was great.

We eventually agreed on a one-night stay, though the owner first said they didn’t take guests for just one night. It might be useful to say that on the website, since one-night stays are listed in the price list and seem to be allowed. I’m glad we worked it out, because the accommodation was perfect. For 1100 CZK a night for two, it was very reasonably priced. I travel often and haven’t come across many guesthouses furnished this well, in such a quiet setting. The room and kitchenette were both practical and tastefully done, and the website photos matched the place exactly, which isn’t always the case. The bathroom was clean, the shower was large, there was plenty of hot water, and the whole place was warm. The owner is a quirky person, but you can basically work things out with him. Absolutely top-notch for me, and I fully recommend it.

My colleagues had booked two single rooms by email, but when they arrived, you greeted them by saying you didn’t want to accommodate them because it was only for one night and not worth it for you. You had promised breakfast, saying it could be arranged, then told them you wouldn’t make it because you were too old and didn’t do breakfast. The rooms were very cold, including the bathrooms. It seemed you were letting guests freeze because they were staying just one night. Now that accommodation businesses can operate without restrictions, I think that for 2 x 850 CZK, you could show customers some respect and think about your behavior.
